A modular dashboard system designed once and reused across three internal products.
Three internal teams had each built their own dashboard from scratch, with different chart libraries, inconsistent filtering patterns, and no shared visual language.
Rather than redesign each dashboard individually, I built a modular system of layout templates, chart components, and filter patterns that any team could assemble without custom design work.
The system now powers all three products. New dashboard views that used to take two weeks of design and build time now take two to three days, and the visual inconsistency between teams has effectively disappeared.
